The R-H60-3 driven
roll pyramid bender offers the small to medium fabricator a solid solution and this
tubing bender and pipe bender is capable of bending up to 3 inch Schedule 40 pipe. The R-H60-3 driven
pyramid section rolls have three smooth bending rolls that are all driven. The top roll has a hydraulic
power feed to lower the roll and has a slip differential to compensate for the different speeds required
between the outside of the bend and the inside of the bend. This downward feed has a digital readout that
allows the fabricator to easily make repeatable bends. This type of bending machine is good for medium to
larger production runs of tubing, pipe, angle iron, and solids. The R-H60-3 bending machine comes with a
standard set of section rolls that will allow the fabricator to use the ring roll bender as a square tubing
bender. The standard rolls also will allow the fabricator to bend solid rod, solid bar, and flat bar (the
easy way and hard way can be accomplished). Our tube bending machines come with lateral guide rolls as
standard that would allow these tube bending machines to coil bar or tubing. The lateral guide rolls allow
the fabricator to make these
pipe bending machines accomplish two dimensional bends such as spiral stair
cases or hand railing with the proper incline and a sweeping bend to the left or right. The 3 driven rolls
comes standard with the foot pedal controls for (forward and reverse), and the digital positioning device
for the top roller. Power required is 220 Volts, Three Phase, 60 Hertz. These machines can be used in the
up right position or tipped back for larger bend radii.
