| Baileigh has a rugged powered sheet metal slip roll capable of bending up to 16 gauge thick mild steel across the useful width of the machine. This initial pinch metal roller has a useful width of 50" and has two powered rolls with an adjustable back roll. The SR-5016 is the perfect sheet metal roller for small fabrication shops and HVAC shops. Constructed of a heavy cast iron frame and coupled to induction hardened slip rolls that have three wire grooves. Power required is 220 Volts, 60 Hertz, Single Phase and machine is operated by using the dual foot pedal controls. |

The PR-514 plate roller is a 5' wide bending roll with a maximum capacity of 14 gauge mild steel. The initial pinch rolls are driven while the back roll is motorized for vertical movements required during pre-bending, post-bending and a digital readout allows for repeatable positioning every time.
