The NCB series are guaranteed for mass production on materials that include round pipe and tubing, square stock, rectangle profiles, including ovals and solids. The numerically controlled machine is a PLC-based digital control system which is perfect for your single or multiple degree bends. The touch screen is user-friendly and easy for anyone to operate including companies with various shift changes. We have models that range from a strong 7 Ѕ horsepower all the way to a whopping 40 horsepower servo motor and are CE Certified. Tooling is custom to fit your specific applications that will give you a smooth like finish all the way around without flattening, rippling or crushing like some other models. We can maintain a +/- 0.1 tolerance along with a 190 degree maximum bending angle on all NCB models. Another valued feature is the unique capability of bending in a rotary draw bend fashion. This gives the end user a broad span of bending possibilities in one machine. The Booster attachment gives you an extra edge on difficult bending scenarios with the choice of touch screen or foot pedal pedal start controls.

The RMD MB-350 mandrel bender is for large production runs of thin-walled pipe and tubing. The RMD MB-350 mandrel bender can bend pipe up to 3" in diameter and square tube up to 2" in diameter. The MB-350 is programmable, allowing for 140 different programs with 10 programmed bends per program. The MB-350 is a large machine, at 2100 lbs, and is great when consistent, reliable bends are needed time and time again.

The NCB-25 mandrel bender is the smallest of our new line of mandrel benders. The NCB-25 has a small 7.5 hp motor and has a bending capacity of 1"x.047". It is programmable, as all NCB benders are, allowing a total of 99 programs and 20 bends per program. The NCB-25 is our lightest model, at only 1320 lbs. It has a bending range of 190° and can bend at 100°/sec. The NCB-25 is perfect for small-scale bending applications when money and space is a concern and pipe sizes are small.

The NCB-38 mandrel bender is an upgraded model of the NCB-25 listed above. Featuring the same 7.5 hp motor, the NCB-38 has a greater bending capacity of 1-1/2"x.078", allowing for much larger pipe to be bent. It still features the same programming system, allowing up to 20 bends per program. The NCB-38 allows for much greater mandrel length, at 6-1/2' - and thus requires a larger footprint in your workspace. Weight is 2640 lbs. The NCB-38 can bend at 45°/sec and has a 190° range. The NCB-38 is perfect for small-scale operations where larger pipe must be bent.

The NCB-50 mandrel bender goes further up the product line to allow even greater capacity. Featuring an upgraded motor over previous models, the NCB-50 can put out 10hp, allowing the machine to bend pipe up to 2"x.078". It has a much greater CLR radius, at 17-3/4", and features the same quick bending speed as the NCB-25 but with much higher power. It still features the same great programming system, with up to 20 bends per program, allowing the operator to make the same bends again and again. The NCB-50 takes a medium-sized footprint, weighing in at 3300 lbs. The NCB-50 is great for bending 2" exhaust pipe on most stock vehicles with remarkable precision, allowing completely consistent results. The NCB-50 is for the serious mechanic, when absolute precision is needed.
