Functions:
  • Uses a HSS cold saw blade from 14" to 16". The standard blade used in this machine is a 16" blade. A larger blade is recommended due to the fact the machine can cut faster and the larger blade will last considerably longer.
  • Drive system is gear driven.
  • This machine has an adjustable floating vise and a numerical length display for the length.
  • Comes standard at 3200RPM.
  • Service Requirements: 220V, 60 Hertz, Three Phase
  • Automatic CNC cold saw powered by large 5 hp motor; 3 hp motor for hydraulic pump, and 1/8 hp for coolant pump motor.
  • The head swivel is fixed at 90 degrees.
  • Bar feed length is: first stroke - 26"; second stroke - 51"; third stroke - 77".
  • Comes standard with the automatic cnc cold saw HMI (human machine interface) control with touch screen display to provide a user friendly experience and quick change overs.
  • The CS-400AV automatic cold saw is a column type cold saw that includes automatic feed and hydrualic clamping.
