The HB-4816 Hand Brake has a maximum bend capacity of 16 gauge mild steel at up to 48 inches wide. This sheet metal brake is perfect for small width applications (48 inches or smaller) and will offer decades of operation. To ease lifting of the bottom leaf, we have employed a counter weight to ease wear and tear on the operator when bending close to capacity. It is made of an all steel and electro-welded construction that uses heavy duty truss rods and braces to assure long life and less deflection across the apron when bending at the brake's max capacity.

The BB-4812 Box and Pan Brake can handle up to 48 inch wide 16 gauge stainless steel, and 12 gauge mild steel. This sheet metal brake is great for the general fabrication workshop that doesn't need to bend widths beyond 48 inches. This is a very strong machine that can put perfectly straight and tight bends into materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. This sheet metal brake has heavy duty truss rods coupled to an electro-welded all steel frame and uses hardened fingers that will produce minimal deflection, even when bending a box up to 6 inches deep. The apron has precision maintenance-free bearings and dual counter weights to assist any bend up to the maximum capacity, making it very precise and easy to operate piece of equipment. The BB-4812 comes standard with a ridged floor stand and three 3", two 4", five 5" and one 6" hardened fingers.

The BB-4816 box and pan brake can bend 48 inch(4 foot) wide sheets of mild steel up to 16 gauge. The quality construction of this sheet metal brake includes a heavy counter weight that assists with lifting the apron, even when bending at full capacity. The bending fingers are hardened to create straight edges on the tightest of bends. The BB-4816 metal brake can bend with no deflection because the heavy duty truss rod system is supported by an all steel electro-welded frame. The BB-4816's fingers can be configured to bend up to a 4" deep box or can act as a straight sheet metal brake when all the fingers are locked in place. This finger brake has five 2", six 3" and five 4" fingers allowing the operator a variety of options to configure for most box and pan layouts.

The BB-7212 sheet metal brake is a 72" box and pan style brake that can be used as a straight brake or can even be configured to make up to 6" deep pans utilizing a combination of 17 hardened fingers of varied sizes. This brake weighs almost 2500 lbs and can easily bend up to 16 gauge stainless steel or 12 gauge mild steel. The apron rides on maintenance free bearings that increase accuracy and ease of the bend. A positive stop rod system is employed when multiple repeatable bends are required. The apron is rigidly and firmly supported by a heavy duty truss rod system that eliminates any deflection throughout the span of the apron. Minimal strength is required to operate the machine because of heavy counter-weights that reduce the effort needed.

The BB-9612 Box and Pan Brake can bend up to 96 inches wide, so it can bend a 4' x 8' sheet the long way. This machine can bend up to 16 gauge stainless steel, and 12 gauge mild steel. The apron is reinforced with very heavy truss rods that are coupled to its massive electro-welded steel frame. This helps to withstand use at maximum capacity day in and day out for decades of quality bends with minimum breakdowns. The heavy framework weighs in at an impressive 3200 lbs (1454 kg). The fingers and bending rail are hardened to produce extremely straight and tight bends for years of service, even with tough stainless steel.

The BB-12014 sheet metal brake is 120" wide to allow for 4' x 8' sheets to be bent at up to 45°. This box and pan brake has 26 fingers of different sizes that allow for metal bending of most size box and pans, even up to 6" deep. The apron is stabilized by a heavy-duty electro-welded steel frame. This machine weighs in at almost 3500 lbs(1591 kg) and supports a heavy duty truss rod system for supporting the apron during maximum capacity bends. The apron shafts ride in precision maintenance free bearings allowing for better bend tolerances, more accuracy, and less operator fatigue. The apron is also supported by two massive counter weights that further reduce operator fatigue even at maximum capacity. This brake is ready to provide decades of serious use at this machine's maximum capacity of 18 gauge stainless and 14 gauge mild steel. This is the perfect metal brake for the general fabrication shop or HVAC shop.
