The BB-4816 box and pan brake can bend 48 inch(4 foot) wide sheets of mild steel up to 16 gauge. The quality construction of this sheet metal brake includes a heavy counter weight that assists with lifting the apron, even when bending at full capacity. The bending fingers are hardened to create straight edges on the tightest of bends. The BB-4816 metal brake can bend with no deflection because the heavy duty truss rod system is supported by an all steel electro-welded frame. The BB-4816's fingers can be configured to bend up to a 4" deep box or can act as a straight sheet metal brake when all the fingers are locked in place. This finger brake has five 2", six 3" and five 4" fingers allowing the operator a variety of options to configure for most box and pan layouts.
