Our lines of
tubing benders offer superior quality for your investment. Our new model MB-350
mandrel bender is perfect for anyone trying to obtain 1.5 times outside diameter,
center line radius bends. We also have a line of
roll benders, which allow you to achieve center line radiuses that are far too large for a standard
rotary draw bender to handle. Our line of rotary draw benders offer unsurpassed quality and reliability for the metal fabricator. The model UB-350 is our
universal bender, which can accept di-acro tooling, and is great for creating ornamental iron. Our universal
Tube Bender can spin both clockwise and counter clockwise.
Our line of
coldsaws are available in 11 inch, 14 inch, and 16 inch models. The Model 275 and 350 are both available in semi-automatic and manual versions. The Model 350 manual has an option for a pneumatic vise, and all semi-automatic versions come standard with a pneumatic vise. We also offer a selection of fully automatic
cold saws which will accept up to a 16 inch blade.
Our tube and
pipe notchers offer you much more value for your dollar than any other
tube and pipe notcher on the market. The Model 800
tubing notcher has an operator adjusted eccentric path that requires only one cutter to notch weld joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1 inch to 3 inch. This unique feature means the Model 800
tube notcher's tooling cost savings are ongoing. Notching under 1 inch is achieved by installing optional 1/2 inch cutter and adapter bushings.
The gear driven BS-260 is a 9"
band saw is the perfect saw for cutting at 90 degrees or miter angles. This saw has a dual angle head capable of cutting 0-60 degrees to the right and 0-45 degrees to the left, making it one of the most versatile saws on the market.
Quick release allows the operator to change the miter angle in seconds. Each gear driven metal cutting band saw we offer has variable speed, miter heads, and a hydraulic controlled descent device for perfect feeds and longer blade life. Our
band saws are constructed of a heavy cast iron saw head and base and the blades are guided via a tungsten carbide insert, offering rigidity and accuracy. Each band saw has a powerful coolant system and a broken blade tensioning device that shuts down the machine if the blade breaks.
We also offer a line of
belt grinders, which are available in both 3 inch and 6 inch variants. All of our grinders come standard with a grooved rubber contact wheel, and allow for fast belt changing. Also standard is an adjustable head on the grinding machine.
Our
welding positioner has a 2.5 inch through hole that allows for longer pieces of pipe or tubing . The machine runs on 110V single phase, so it can be wheeled to most areas of any fabrication shop. We have isolated the electronics to eliminate any problems with noise. Even at the slowest RPM, the DC motor to our gearbox offers a smooth rotation allowing for perfect welds. The RMD Model WP-1800 welding positioners are a must for precision welding of round tubing, pipe, or solids. Our welding positioners come standard with a heavy duty cart on wheels that has been ergonomically designed with the users comfort in mind. The RMD Model WP-1800 is like having a portable rotary welding table. No profit-seeking weld shop or fabricating shop should be without an RMD.
